If you are getting error message something like, "that this website is blocked by department of telecommunication".
Then try adding after "https://" before "www". Thus link should be like https://www.adf.ly/zzzz
Or
Add 'v1' or 'v2' infront of adf.ly . Thus link should be like
http://v1.adf.ly/RDIzG
